Track your package with the provided tracking number then contact USPS for updates.

Wrong Address Policy: If you input an incomplete or wrong address, you will be responsible for an additional shipping fee. Once your order is confirmed returned to us by USPS, the reshipping fees are paid with an updated complete address, we will reship your order. 

Sale items will not be refunded or reshipped.

We will accept unopened package book returns within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Within 3 days of confirmed delivery, please reach out to us via email or Instagram direct message to confirm with us your unopened package book return. Include the name on your order as well as full front, back and side pictures of your unopened package.  Ship your unopened package to the return address on the shipping label.  After your unopened package is confirmed returned and unopened, you will receive a full refund.
